Terms of Service
Updated: May 20, 2026
1. General provisions
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between [STATE THE LEGAL ENTITY / SOLE PROPRIETOR, REGISTRATION NUMBER] (the “Provider”) and the person who orders or uses the anyhost service (the “Customer”).
By ordering a connection or using the Service, the Customer confirms that they have read the Terms and agree to comply with them.
2. Subject
The Provider grants the Customer access to the anyhost service — a managed remote computer access platform built on MeshCentral. The Service includes a dedicated management panel, remote desktop access, terminal, file transfer and device status monitoring.
The infrastructure — servers and network — is maintained by the Provider; the Customer manages their own computers through the provided panel.
3. Registration and account
To obtain access, the Customer fills in the registration form and provides accurate data. The Provider creates a dedicated management panel for the Customer and communicates the access address.
The Customer is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential and for all actions performed under their account. The Customer must immediately notify the Provider of any suspected unauthorised access.
4. Pricing and payment
The cost of the Service is determined by the selected plan according to the current price list on the anyhost.com.ua website. Plans depend on the number of computers under management.
Payment is made on terms agreed by the parties. The Provider may revise plans by notifying the Customer in advance. Promotional terms, including a free period, apply within the timeframes stated on the website.
5. Provider’s rights and obligations
The Provider undertakes to:
- grant the Customer access to the Service and the management panel;
- maintain the operability of the infrastructure;
- provide technical support in Ukrainian;
- protect data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Provider has the right to temporarily restrict access to the Service for scheduled maintenance or in the event of the Customer’s breach of these Terms.
6. Customer’s rights and obligations
The Customer undertakes to:
- use the Service lawfully and only for their own computers or devices they are entitled to manage;
- provide accurate data during registration;
- pay for the Service on time according to the selected plan;
- not share panel access with third parties unnecessarily.
7. Use restrictions
The Service may not be used for:
- unauthorised access to third parties’ computers and networks;
- violating the laws of Ukraine or the rights of third parties;
- distributing malicious software;
- actions that threaten the stability or security of the Service.
A breach of these restrictions is grounds for suspending or terminating access.
8. Service availability
The Provider makes every effort to keep the Service running without interruption but does not guarantee its absolutely uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, supplier failures or force majeure.
9. Liability of the parties
The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by the Customer’s actions, improper use of the Service, loss of sign-in credentials or circumstances beyond the Provider’s control.
The liability of the parties is determined in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
10. Term and termination
The Terms apply throughout the entire period of using the Service. Either party may terminate the cooperation by notifying the other party. The Provider may terminate access in the event of a material breach of these Terms by the Customer.
11. Final provisions
The Provider may update these Terms; the current version is published on this page. Matters not covered by the Terms are resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
